The Global Legal team is responsible for administering Hilton’s legal activities to ensure maximum protection while engaging in global business and ensuring compliance with the company’s legal obligations.
As the Due Diligence Analyst – Asia Pacific, you will be primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence research and analysis to identify and understand legal, regulatory, and reputational risks related to Hilton owners, suppliers and business partners. Tasks include analysis and validation of system-generated due diligence reports, conducting additional independent open-source research and requesting supporting information where necessary, identifying potential risks and coordinating the proper escalation of such findings, providing reports and recommendations to business units and supporting projects within the Due Diligence team.
