Through the Manager, Learning Experience – Asia Pacific (APAC) role, we bring our vision, mission, and values to life for our learners across the globe.
You will be a part of the Global Learning Experience Team, who are highly skilled and experienced learning professionals and deliver inclusive skill and knowledge-based learning experiences to Team Members at owned, managed, franchised, and corporate locations across their assigned regions.
This role utilizes the principles of adult learning to deliver Hilton’s signature Commercial and Brand learning programs through in-person facilitation, virtual facilitation, and technical production. In addition, select opportunities may arise to support the full learning cycle by assisting the Project Management Office and program owners in learning program design and analysis.
