Benefits & Pay
Employee salary will be determined based on the combined value of education and experience. Financial compensation is revisited at the 6-month mark, and also annually. Any raises and/or bonuses are based on skill, competency and performance combined with the financial outlook of the company.

The HR Manager will have a solid communication and reporting line to the President, with a dotted accountability line to the Director of Business Operations. This individual will focus on payroll processing, mandatory HR policy and procedure, and collaborate on positive-culture initiatives.
