Higgins Asphalt Paving Co., Inc. Looking for Construction Laborer/Operator at Tipton, MO Full Time

We are looking for self motivated individuals who want to be part of a team and looking for a long term career. Applicants should have a background in farming, construction, or labor intensive work. Knowledge of operating machines such as tractors, skidloaders, wheel loaders, and other misc construciton equipment would be a bonus.

We work in central Missouri based out of Tipton. We perform various types of construction from parking lots and driveways to city streets and highways. We perform excavation, aggregate placement, asphalt paving, and asphalt maintenance.

Our work week is Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday job. We offer employee health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and matching 401k. Our employees make anywhere from $50,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience and willingness to the the extra little things at work.

This job requires security clearance for certain projects. Applicants with felony records (regardless of how long ago) will be unable to work on most of our projects and should not apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
