Who we are looking for:
HHL is seeking a Creative Producer who can contribute to elevating the overall level of the agency’s creative output. Working alongside our Creative Director, you will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will develop, write, and produce high-quality creative for multi-channel campaigns, including television, print, digital, and social media outputs.
This role works directly with external clients and in-house production facilities to create content for various media platforms and manages the execution of deliverables throughout the entire production process.
This unique role combines creative concepts, project management, copywriting, and producing. You will work with clients nationwide, facilitating high-volume projects on strict deadlines.
What you’ll do:
· Client-facing | Regularly connect with clients to create a partnership in which our ideas build trust and serve our clients’ needs. Maintain ongoing client contact throughout the scripting, production, and approval process.
· Create | Kick off projects with internal team and contractors, including all details needed to complete the project. Serve as project lead, from concept to completion. Write creative messaging in television, print, digital, and social media copy.
· Collaborate | Articulate creative concepts and work directly with HHL’s video production, digital and print teams.
· Produce | Work with our internal production team to align on the execution of projects, including providing all necessary assets for each project. Schedule outside vendors to coordinate audio talent. Ensure that all deliverables are met while managing multiple high-volume projects.
What you’ll need:
· Minimum three years experience producing and copywriting in advertising
· An ability to bring people together to support a common goal
· Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and time-management skills
· Innovative thinking paired with creative writing skills
· Accurate and attentive focus
· An understanding of the creative commercial production process
· Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Mac platform proficiency
