Henry Hill is searching for a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable marketing/sales specialist to ensure our company advances according to our vision and goals. We are a fast-paced company and need a creative mind to help our business to grow according to the current trending markets. Our company specializes in both the oilfield and civil construction industries. Candidates shall possess adequate knowledge in both fields in order to understand the nature of both businesses and design marketing strategies according to Henry Hill needs. A qualified candidate shall be familiar with market research, analysis, product & service promotion, along with the ability to anticipate customer behavior. The interested candidate will seek to increase Henry Hill’s digital and personal footprint in the area by seeking to develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct Market research and identify new opportunities by analyzing the territory market’s potential
· Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives that advance Henry Hill’s marketing plan
· Manage events such as promotions, trade shows, conventions, exhibitions and other public appearances
· Coordinate and execute the preparation, issuance and delivery of marketing materials including websites, social media management, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising and promotional programs
· Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan(s)
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
· Monitor and report competitors marketing and sales activities
· Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Stay up to date with ever changing technology and solutions to better company expansion of customer relations
Requirements and Qualifications
· BS degree in marketing or business-related field a plus
· Minimum of 5 years successful work experience in sales development and marketing
· Good innovative, and interpersonal skills. Above average personal communication and business skills
· Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry in the Oilfield/Civil Construction industry
· Strong working knowledge of digital tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc. and techniques
· Significant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, web analytics, and Google Adwords
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales/marketing
· Ability to prioritize by using time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Talented at creating, coordinating, designing and executing marketing materials
· Relationship management skills
· Open to feedback
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Pay – Will be set at time of offer it will consist of Salary + Commission
