External Communications

Execute the comms plans as guided by the Director of Comms, assist with the day-to-day work of the PR agency, building journalist relationships and facilitating interviews, and leveraging written content with the press
Manage the award and survey process and draft submissions where appropriate
Distribute press cuttings and articles of interest, keeping internal stakeholders updated on key news events
Produce quarterly reports on all comms activity for internal stakeholders, reporting against established KPI’s

Internal Communications

Manage the content calendar for the intranet and work with content creators to ensure timely content updates
Create content for intranet around firm news and key calendar events
Manage general queries mailbox for the intranet
Liaise with HR on new initiatives and assist with communications to the business
Work with Pillar leads to integrate Wellbeing initiatives into internal comms

Digital

Help manage the Hayfin LinkedIn page, align content with wider brand building initiatives as set out in the GTM plan
Assist with executive comms content creation and LinkedIn account management
Upload and maintain content on the website

Multimedia

Assist with content and scripts for videos, helping to manage filming schedule and execution
Create content cards for LinkedIn, making the most of images and infographics

Content Marketing

Scan news to provide thought leadership ideas with strong news hooks
Repurpose thought leadership to use for other channels, eg. blog post on LinkedIn
Work on analytics for measuring content usage

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably in financial services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in various digital marketing and social media channels
