Job Summary
LabXchange is embarking on an exciting challenge to grow its educator community to more than 150,000 teachers over the next three years. As members of this community, educators will have access to a global network, professional development, and opportunities to co-develop and give feedback on LabXchange resources. In turn, educators will promote LabXchange within their local communities of practice. The Head of Educator Programming & Engagement will take ownership of building the community, while also providing the training and support to help STEM teachers meaningfully develop their practice and integrate new skills. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external collaborators, the Head of Educator Programming & Engagement will maximize opportunities to reach and learn from diverse educators to inform content and product design.

This is a benefits-eligible term appointment ending 2/28/2025, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs and continued funding.

Work Format Details
This is a hybrid position that is based in Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
