Job Description: The CSG (Corporate Store Group) Fulfillment Operations Supervisor is responsible for inventory and fulfillment of product for Hallmark’s corporately owned stores at the Liberty Distribution Center. CSG Fulfillment Operations Supervisor oversees and directs the flow of products through the many levels of inventory control and distributes weekly and monthly inventory and fulfillment reports. The incumbent supervises Hallmark employees that will receive, fulfill and ship CSG orders (with additional agency employees added during peaks), oversees the scheduling and assignment of work, and verifies that production, serviceability, cost, and quality standards are met. Provides the customer with the right product at the right time within the cost target. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead others are vital for the success of the CSG Fulfillment Operations Supervisor. This person works independently to actively identify and implement process improvements. The CSG Fulfillment Operations Supervisor analyzes monthly Logistics and Inventory reports to find trends and implement necessary changes in process. In addition to the overseeing of inventory, this person is responsible for assigning and distributing event workload and communicating with vendors and other Hallmark business areas regarding purchase orders and product related questions. This person will work closely with CSG Merchandise Planning Leadership to manage fulfillment events and closely with Liberty Distribution leadership to determine staffing needs. Use of 3rd party fulfillment software as well as Hallmark systems with be utilized during planning and fulfillment.
