Headquartered in New York, Guggenheim offers a premier investment banking advisory practice to clients from offices across New York, London, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Houston. Guggenheim is seeking an exceptional, experienced Analyst to join its Technology, Media and Telecom (“TMT”) Investment Banking group located in London. Our London-based TMT Investment Banking team is a key part of our TMT practice and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for companies in that sector. The group advises clients in the digital sector on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments. Analysts will join a highly collaborative team responsible for providing M&A advisory and capital raising (equity and fixed income) service and capabilities to corporate clients. Guggenheim offers a unique opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic and financing assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives. We aspire to continuously refresh and cultivate a culture of Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion. In a client services business like ours, our team members are the product, the service, and the offering. We will provide best-in-class Investment Banking training—formal and hands-on—as you continue to develop your professional toolkit: M&A process management, business acumen, financial analysis, data analysis, soft-selling and presentation skills, professional communication (verbal, written and virtual), negotiations, and more. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued. Candidates must be focused on earning a promotion to Associate upon completion of the Analyst program and becoming a top performer with the intention of developing a long-term banking career.
