Leads and develops the maintenance team for a 350 person Nonunion Food Manufacturing facility. The team will include 4 supervisors, 1 planner, 1 buyer, 1 parts inventory person and 16 technicians. Manages and develops the annual maintenance department budget.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years leading a maintenance department
- Supervision and development of Supervisors
- Food, Beverage, or CPG high-speed packaging experience
- CMMS experience
- Budgetary experiences
- Exposure to TPM, Lean or similar CI Programs
- Training programs for hourly technicians
