Job Description & Responsibilities
The Director of Marketing is a key role for Gregorys Coffee, reporting to the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the company’s brand externally and internally. You will develop and execute Gregorys Coffee’s brand strategy, working across departments and restaurants to develop online and offline efforts that drive awareness, familiarity, and engagement. This candidate is a results-driven, commercial business leader who has a proven track record of being a high-performing growth marketer with a data-centric approach to growing a business. Role Overview
● Grow the company’s overall brand awareness and direct customer channel metrics
● Lead the company’s brand marketing efforts, including traditional and online video advertising, social media, podcasts, and external communications and PR efforts
● Lead external brand and communications agencies to build and execute industry-leading campaigns and multi-channel creative
● Lead all aspects of the company’s performance marketing efforts, including Email Marketing, Digital,Omni-channel, and paid
● Design fully integrated brand marketing strategies that effectively target coffee audiences with a powerful and consistent brand voice
● Collaborate effectively with other teams to enhance the power of the company’s brand across all customer touch points
● Work to build and execute a successful product promotional strategy and calendar
● Partner with key stakeholders to build a compelling media buying strategy that maximizes company performance

Compensation
Compensation: $110K – $210K per year, contingent on work experience. Compensation will include additional bonus and benefits.
