Oversees the Talent Acquisition team in the execution of recruiting services for all Great River Health (GRH) team member groups (except providers) and the development and execution of talent management and learning for the system. They will develop programs and strategies to maximize team member productivity and engagement that will be deployed primarily by Business HR. Provides consultative expertise to the CHRO and other leaders when dealing with complex issues that require an organizational effectiveness perspective to solve. They will also partner with other HR staff to ensure delivery of holistic talent management solutions from HR. Oversees recruiters who are working with candidates and GRH leaders throughout the entire recruiting process, from requisitions, to candidate pre-screening, selection support, candidate offer, acting as an escalation point as required.
Job Description:
•Leads change management, career development, learning and performance management initiatives
•Oversees the development of team member feedback mechanisms to regularly assess and evolve GRH vision, strategy, culture, values, and mission
•Identifies and remediates gaps between current and desired organizational effectiveness by driving strategic interventions to bridge identified gaps and position Great River Health to meet its objectives
•Manages a team of recruiters and drives the end-to-end recruiting cycle
•Tracks and analyzes metrics and reports on hiring progress, diversity, and trends to business leadership on a regular cadence
•Oversees continuous improvement opportunities for recruiting approaches, technology, processes, policies, and tools
•Oversees the development of workforce planning programs, solutions, processes, policies, and tools to enable GRH to successfully manage its workforce to better position it to achieve its strategic business goals
•Develops workforce planning strategic plans and roadmaps to deliver the GRH workforce of the future and facilitate its long-term success
•Introduces and refines a workforce headcount methodology to enable HR to complete its annual headcount planning & forecasting activities
•Provides ways to synthesize data inputs to identify trends that highlight areas of improvement to use as an input in workforce planning initiatives
•Delivers tools and mechanisms to report on the current state of the internal pipeline and manage progress against workforce goals
•Collaborates with the Director of Talent Management to create strategic DEI roadmaps for GRH to identify, design, and embed DEI into the organization
•Oversees all DEI initiatives and provides input to policies (e.g., recruiting)
•Provides consultative advice on DEI programs, policies, and processes to business and HR leaders
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, or related field
Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years of HR or related experience with 2 years of organizational development experience
