About The Job
As a Health Equity and SDoH Specialist, you will add important experience in health equity and social determinants of health, to support the development and implementation of research and in support of evidence-based, inclusive product development.
In this role, you will serve as the expert in health equity and social determinants of health (SDoH) across the enterprise to provide evidence-based guidance on reducing health disparities. You’ll advise research and product teams in integrating health equity into their work, elevating the priority groups, mitigating risks for increasing disparities and health outcome metrics to aim in the context of each team’s work. You’ll also support the creation of content and tools to augment competency in health equity, health disparities, and social determinants of health across Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
