Job Description
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world-class planning & forecasting and helping shape the medium and long-term strategic and financial plans for GFiber. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial and operational models, uncovering insights from various data sources, and translating quantitative results into actionable recommendations that drive executive decision-making.
You relish tallying up the numbers one minute and communicating your findings to leadership the next. You have a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, and strong technical skills that enable you to create scale. You have exceptional problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. You are a self-starter with a high level of independent judgment and thrive under minimal supervision. You are comfortable navigating tight deadlines and are energized by highly visible, impactful, work streams with material impact on the financial and strategic direction of the company. You enjoy identifying and prioritizing GFiber’s biggest challenges and key opportunities, being at the center of critical decision making, and having a direct impact on how the business operates.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $106 K – $155 K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
