Our team is the glue that keeps the work of teams across the organization connected – visually and verbally as we explain and sell our products. We serve as a bridge between the brand vision and the touchpoints with customers-to-be, partnering with the web, sales, PR, product strategy, and local teams to develop content they need to do their jobs well.
Role Description
We’re looking for someone to own content creation for all GFiber’s social media platforms – on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and more. They will collaborate with the content team, external vendors, social media customer service, and local GFiber teams to reach customers, and potential customers, all over the internet. The right person will be excited to take the reins and experiment with the ways words, pictures, and video can tell a GFiber story that is as much about creativity and connection as it is about technology. They will know how to adapt the brand voice and tone for different mediums and channels. Most of all, they will understand that social media is all about communication, and effective communication is as much about listening as it is talking.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $105 K – $154 K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
