As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the company and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Managing calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely reminders and preparations.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips and events.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as drafting documents, preparing presentations, and maintaining records.
