Full Job Description
GOAT Group’s Brand team is our company’s creative department working across visual design, content, copywriting and production. As the company continues to expand rapidly, your work will play an important role in further developing our brand point of view and forging stronger relationships with our community.
As a Visual Designer, you’ll design industry-leading brand communications and produce beautiful content; conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns both in-house and through creative partnerships, and tell the story of GOAT in both the digital and physical worlds.
In this role, you will:
Build a clear, distinctive, and category-defining brand personality for GOAT
Elevate the design + storytelling of our brand channels including photoshoots, editorial design, merchandising, email, social, and experiential
Work cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, and Product Design teams to create a cohesive brand narrative
Conceptualize + art direct content that builds an emotional connection with our community
Work with the best creative collaborators in the industry from photographers to stylists
We are looking for:
3+ years of design experience, with an excellent visual design foundation
An individual who understands culture and is constantly seeking what’s new in fashion, technology and social media
A positive attitude and a lack of ego are a must. We support team collaboration, idea sharing, and mentorship. We work hard to do good work together.
A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and you’re willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
An excellent understanding of how to apply the elements of visual design, such as typography, photography, motion, and interaction
Proven written and verbal communication skills. You can effectively articulate, evangelize and support your ideas
Highly detailed and diligent with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication
You have a desire to push the boundaries of how a brand is interpreted and understood
