The Gypsum Management and Supply, Inc. Director, HR Projects is a key member of the Human Resources team and reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This newly created position will be responsible for large-scale projects to design and implement streamlined processes, drive efficiencies, and insert fundamental lean practices into the HR function. This individual will also participate in other projects to modernize the technology landscape within HR and identify areas where systems/processes can improve.
