The Opportunity
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment to ensure that we attract, hire and retain diverse top talent while developing a strong pipeline. As the domain expert, you will provide subject matter expertise to your assigned business (specifically Actuarial and Finance), and will partner closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to assess long-term and short-term strategic recruiting needs for our niche, advanced and director level roles.
In your new role, as the Talent Acquisition Partner, your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and selection. This is not a post and pray type of position! A key component of this position will be the proactive development of candidate pools/pipelines to deliver a top-quality diverse talent pools with niche skill sets. You will be expected to actively hunt for passive top, diverse talent!
The Impact:
This role requires a continuous improvement mindset, influencing skills, project management skills, excellent communication and analytical thinking, ability to operate independently and manage shifting priorities, building strong relationships, keeping a keen eye on market and external influencing factors.
Provide value-add recruiting advice and demonstrating understanding of talent needs to hiring managers and key senior leaders/decision makers Demonstrate extensive labor market expertise for the markets relevant to the designated customer groups such as Actuarial, Finance, Audit and Risk With a high degree of creativity and latitude, act as a talent advisor to hiring managers to develop and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts with a strong focus on diversity and candidate care including job description/posting oversight, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and closing top talent.
Responsible for building credible and collaborative relationships within the assigned business units including but not limited to Hiring Managers, HR business partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
Collaborate with stakeholders on diversity recruitment initiatives Pro-actively leverage social media channels & professional networking vehicles for robust sourcing results Meet all defined service level agreements with regards to timelines, recruiting metrics and compliance guidelines Proactively gain market insights and presenting competitive information to business lines Consult with compensation regarding market data and specific compensation needs and initiatives.
Assist in the definition of process and procedure with thought leadership with regards to recruiting “Best Practices”, legal compliance and decisions affecting organizational design.
Passively source talent and utilize technology provided to aid in your effort
Remote or Hybrid, Contract to hire, look for Talent Acquisition professional that can bring Actuarial sourcing and expertise to find passive financial candidates.
Skills:
The Ideal Qualifications
Highly desired experience recruiting in actuarial, finance/accounting, investments, and risk, etc.
Advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract passive & diverse talent through professional social media platforms and hiring events to deliver top quality talent Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday.
Illustrate ability creatively to problem solve with independence and confidence Familiarity with employment law in an OFCCP compliant environment Familiar and experience with tools such as: Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and Data Visualization (PowerBI or MicroStrategy) is desired, but not required

Minimum Qualifications
At least 7+ years full lifecycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience that includes passively sourcing talent for niche skill sets, -required Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates, -required Experience with recuriting and sourcing passive Actuarial candidates (Must have recruited Actuaries) -required Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills -required Advanced collaboration mindset, and a history of successfully influencing partners whilst maintaining respectful and trusted relationships -required
