Glo Skin Beauty Looking for Social Media Manager at Denver Metropolitan Area Full Time

This is a hybrid position (3 in-office/2 remote) | Wednesdays + 2 other days per week are required in the office, with 2 days of your choice working remotely.

The Social Media Manager will lead the execution of all social media channels and support community management. This role will report to the Creative Director and partner with other key stakeholders to help generate innovative ideas, concepts, and programs to fulfill strategic marketing needs and drive brand awareness and sales.

Essential duties of the Social Media Manager:

• Manage overall brand presence, posting cadence, scheduling, channel growth, and content performance across social channels including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create original social media content with a strong focus on video in collaboration with marketing, ecommerce, creative, paid media, and education teams, as well as external partners.
• Own the social content calendar aligning with omnichannel promotional calendar, key launches, and other strategic marketing initiatives.
• Lead social content planning from concept to final delivery in collaboration with marketing, ecommerce, creative, paid media, and education teams as well as external partners.
• Working with in-house and external partners, source, manage, and maintain relationships with content creators and approved influencers.
• Own day-to-day community management across all platforms partnering with customer service for resolution as needed.
• Actively manage social media analytics tracking growth, monitoring content performance, and coordinating recaps to internal and external partners.
• Represent the Glo brand positively: share your passion for skincare and mineral makeup products with enthusiasm; ensure a strong working knowledge of our full product portfolio and ability to clearly promote our products’ value; demonstrate continuous personal development by being open and receptive to coaching and feedback; communicate clearly and respond to clients and Glo colleagues in a timely and professional manner; serve as a role model for Glo in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational, and work habits.

Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

• Strong background in social media and content creation
• Post-production video and editing skills
• Premiere Pro and Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Expertise in Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides), MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice.
• Experience developing and executing multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this role is $50,000- $55,000
