Position Description
Glaser’s Collision Center is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Glaser’s Collision Center Customer Service Representative is a customer–focused position. This position is full time with benefits, candidate would be expected to work Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:30 , Friday 8:00-*12:00 Glaser’s Collision Center benefits include health insurance coverage, dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401, life insurance, vacation benefits and paid holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to perform receptionist tasks in a timely and professional manner in a team setting during scheduled business hours. Previous computer and customer service experience is desired. High level of organization, professionalism, responsibility and commitment expected. We prefer individuals who have a great communication skills, who are personable and who are able to build strong work relationships.
Primary Duties
A Customer Service Representative may perform any combination of the following tasks: responding to customer request, scheduling estimate appointments, placing customer phone call reminders, preparing incoming folders, post payables, coordinating service requests and additional clerical work as needed.
Compensation
This position is paid on an hourly rate and pay rate is dependent on employee’s experience.
About Glaser’s Collision Center’s
Serving the area for over 35 years, we are locally owned, and family operated. We have four locations: Louisville, Jeffersontown, Bullitt County, South Louisville.
Gene and Susan Glaser started Glaser’s Automotive in 1986 as a full-service automotive repair shop. Gene Glaser came from a background of construction workers and Susan had a background in computers but they learned how to run the business. The original shop, a 900 sq. ft. building in Buechel, did full mechanical work, body, paint, interior repairs, and high-performance upgrades. After several years, the Glaser’s decided to narrow its focus to collision repair only in order to provide its customers with the best possible service.
Today, the business is being carried on by second-generation owners Aaron and Heather Glaser. They are committed to investing in the growth of the current shops but also looking at opportunities to open more shops. The Glaser’s stand committed to high quality repairs and exceptional customer service as well as involvement in the community.
