As a Junior Business Development Administrative Assistant with our company, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting competitive research to support our business development efforts.
Curating prospecting lists using Google tools.
Compiling and organizing training call materials.
Updating production boards to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting with tracking and reporting activities, such as extracting data from CRM systems, maintaining weekly metrics, and creating sales board updates.
Researching and identifying networking events and trade show opportunities.
This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend an in-person company-wide meeting once a month.
Required Skills/Experience
Proficiency in Google Drive, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Experience in creating and exporting targeted lists using ZoomInfo is a plus.
Knowledge of LinkedIn is advantageous.
A hunter’s mindset with a self-starting attitude and a strong ability to work collaboratively.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (graduating students are welcome to apply).
