The primary focus of this role is to support our growing delivery (advisory and instruction), sales, and operations teams. You will play a pivotal role in navigating the opportunities and challenges associated with aligning a geographically dispersed and hybrid workforce, including both regular and contract team members, with our Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy. This position demands a passion for the entire talent lifecycle and addressing talent management challenges to facilitate business growth. It combines strategic thinking with operational aspects, requiring both generalist skills and the ability to guide leaders in envisioning the market’s talent and organizational landscape three to five years into the future. The ideal candidate will be change-oriented, service-focused, organized, collaborative, and results-driven.
In addition to collaborating with the North American Talent Team, this role involves active engagement with colleagues in the Global Talent Center of Acceleration (CoA), overseeing global talent programs, technology, and core processes. As the CoA’s largest customer, you will contribute to shaping their work based on your Market’s perspective and implement global Talent initiatives with necessary market adjustments.

Serve on the market leadership team, representing our Values, People, and Culture.
Facilitate input from market leaders to develop a multi-year talent strategy aligned with business priorities.
Lead the annual talent review process and translate insights into meaningful development actions.
Define and monitor people-related metrics, leading projects to address root-cause opportunities.

Manage and resolve complex workplace and employee relations matters.
Organization And Talent Development
Serve as a trusted advisor on organization and job design, leadership, professional development, and talent management.
Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change.
Champion market participation in employee listening campaigns and ensure action at both the market and team levels.

Preferred Qualifications Include
Industry experience within professional services (training, consulting).
Master’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
Experience working within ADP HRIS, Culture Amp Employee Experience, LinkedIn Learning (or similar).
Experience in process design, continuous improvement methodologies, and tools.
Prosci certified, and any other HR discipline certifications.

Position reports to: Executive Vice President, Talent (direct) and President, US Market (indirect).
Supervisory Responsibilities: Three team members including talent acquisition, talent coordinator, and Canada Market Talent Partner.
Key Stakeholders: Global Talent Team, US Leadership Team, US Team Leaders, CAN Team Leaders.
Work location: Available for Office, Hybrid, or Remote. The role must be in the contiguous US.
Salary range: $127,600 – $159,500 is the base salary hiring range for this role, depending on experience and skill levels. This role is also eligible for our Bonus Incentive Program.
Travel Requirements: Depends on work location (if not in Colorado, may require occasional travel).
