Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated and self-directed Recruiter to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies. Collaborating with hiring managers, you’ll identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for government contracting positions across the United States and overseas.
Key Duties
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on industry standards and contract requirements.
Source passive talent through creative methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Conduct interviews with program managers and senior leadership.
Maintain accurate documentation following OFCCP recruiting guidelines.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and OFCCP guidelines.
Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
Effective independent and team collaboration skills.
Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for experience in recruiting for Veteran’s Health Administration.
Preferred Experience In Recruiting For Medical Positions.
3 to 5 years of government contracting recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate search technology.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of OFCCP guidelines for recruiting.
Compensation
Expected Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
