Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements, contributing to the development of effective vacancy templates.
Strategically post open positions on relevant job boards and career sites, ensuring a comprehensive online presence.
Follow established procedures for job board payments, ensuring the timely and effective posting of job opportunities.
Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and assist in scheduling and preparing necessary information for hiring manager interviews.
Create a shortlist of qualified candidates and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a status report of open positions and contribute innovative ideas for filling hard-to-fill roles.
Represent the organization at recruiting events and networking functions.
Assist in creating and maintaining a dynamic careers webpage to bolster our employer brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required.
Preferred 3 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare sector.
Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter platform is highly desirable.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
In-depth knowledge of human resources processes and federal and state employment laws.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, CANVA, or other publishing applications.
