Role Overview
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating office activities and providing top-notch clerical and administrative support to our esteemed CEO, COO, and other senior leaders. This fantastic opportunity is entirely home-based, offering flexibility and work-life balance while staying closely connected with our team in Columbus, Ohio, as you meet with our COO twice a week.

Become the master of organization, efficiently scheduling travel, meetings, and appointments for our executives and senior leaders.
Keep things running smoothly by regularly managing company mail and organizing files and documents with precision.

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally, an Associate’s degree in office administration or a related field.
At least two years of administrative and clerical experience, particularly supporting executive leadership.
Physical availability in Columbus, Ohio, with in-person meetings with our COO twice a week.
