As a Remote Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll work from the comfort of your home while playing a key role in our mission to enhance gig work. Your responsibilities will include keeping our gig workers informed about shift opportunities, addressing their queries, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also help with scheduling and provide general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with gig workers: Communicate shift opportunities and other important updates in real-time through email, chat, and phone.
Provide support: Address gig worker queries and offer assistance across various communication channels.
Maintain records: Keep detailed and accurate records of gig workers’ contact information, availability, and preferences.
Coordinate schedules: Manage and adjust shift schedules to ensure optimal use of gig workers.
Handle administrative tasks: Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist with data entry.
Collaborate effectively: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and streamline processes.
Enhance the gig experience: Offer feedback and insights to help improve the overall gig worker experience.
What We’re Looking For
Administrative experience: Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within staffing or recruiting.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with gig workers.
Attention to detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive attitude.
