Summary:

• Enterprise Master Data Technology group is at the forefront of building our client’s Strategic Reference Data Platforms.
• We are looking for a motivated senior Scrum Leader.
• Across our organization, we have recognized the need for uplifting our agile practices to higher level.
• As such, we are currently looking to hire Scrum Leader / Agile Coach to guide and support our organization through this transition.

Responsibilities:

• S/he will be part of the team that builds, maintains, and promotes our Enterprise Leader Data platform, enable many teams cross LOBs with the Client, Account, Product, Reference data we own.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar role.
• Previous technical experience is preferred.
• Experience in a Scrum Leader role for multiple software development scrum teams, large initiatives, programs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, familiar with various Agile approaches: Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as: Jira, Confluence etc.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills, build and coach high performing teams.
• Ability to take ambiguous topics and translate into actionable plans working with multiple. business, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Preferred to have Agile certifications including CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM.
• Knowledge and experience in SAFe practice is a big plus.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly, demonstrated by experience in an engineering environment.
• High-energy and passionate outlook, with an ability to influence those around them.
• Growth mindset, want to grow with the organization, to be able to play more senior Agile role down the road.
