Position: Executive Assistant To CEO / Project Coordinator
Generali Global Assistance is looking for an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to support our CEO of Identity and Cyber Protection Company as well as providing support to the executive team. This person will be performing a wide range of executive support tasks to include calendar and email management, facilities management, report preparation, expense reports, etc. Ideally, we would like this person to already be ity to grow to a more strategic Chief of Staff role.
Qualified candidates must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Management, Management or Client Services role is required
- Familiar with SaaS business to business to consumer model and an interest in current Internet technologies
- Experience and or interest in the Identity Theft Protection industry is preferred
- Excellent computer skills including fluency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Confluence
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
- Experience scheduling travel arrangements for multi-leg business travel
- Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide the highest level of client service
- Excellent problem- solving skills and high ability to think strategically about client management
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Identity and Digital Protection Products is a plus
- Software Industry Experience is a plus
