·The Recruitment Manager manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle
for the organization.This position exists to employ the right
people with the right skills and attitude, and the right culture fit to
support and accomplish the Bayhealth mission.Creates and executes a
strategy for talent acquisition and determines best recruiting and selection
models in consultation with senior leaders to meet business
needs.Manages the day to day functions and activities for the
group, including but not limited to overseeing the placement and closing of
full time and contingent positions and the adherence to the company’s
onboarding processes. Centralizes, create and implements the company’s
recruiting program, including acting as the main point of contact for
recruiting firms, partnering closely with leaders in the lines of business,
negotiating rates and contracts, and being the point of contact for
onboarding executives. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental
regulations.
Improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent
acquisition processes in order to create competitive advantage. Leads and
develops the talent acquisition team including performance coaching, regular
one on one meetings and handling escalations.Determines talent
acquisition needs, designing tools, testing, templates and measures of
success in order to recruit top talent.Develops consistent,
standardized processes for sourcing, screening, interviewing and developing
competitive offers in attracting top talent.Advances the
organization’s know-how by providing training or hiring talent that will
upgrade the team’s ability to recruit across the organization.
Maintains, utilizes and analyzes metrics and reporting.Evaluates and
sets strong measures of success in assessing the organization’s and
individual recruiter’s quality, speed, cost, hiring manager and new employee
satisfaction and makes recommendations for improvement. Review data
pertaining to the reasons for turnover for all employees within the first 90
days of employment, and use that information to refine recruitment processes.
Baccalaureate Degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or Industrial Relations required. Master of Science in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations
preferred. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an
HR leadership capacity with heavy emphasis on talent
acquisition;previous healthcare recruiting experience required.
Must also have:
· Demonstrated success in managing a talent acquisition function
and utilizing alternative and innovative sourcing methods.
· Experience in recruiting and building a talented workforce within the
technology and/or clinical-healthcare industry preferred.
· Excellent business acumen with the ability to execute strategies and align
with company and client goals and initiatives.
· Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to impact
and influence decision making.
· Ability to consult and partner with all levels in the organization.
· Experience in executing a successful recruitment programs for key roles or
hard to fill positions.
· Demonstrated successful experience in working in a demanding, high
performance work environment and team oriented culture.
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and driving to results with
excellent follow through skills.
· Ability to work in a changing environment and see through complexity.
· Managed budgets.
· Experience in designing, developing and implementing long-term
strategies.
· Strong project management skills.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems.
