About The Role
Gap Inc.’s technology and digital recruiting team supports an organization that is made up of thousands of technologists across the globe who try fast, learn fast and think big for our customers, communities and the planet. The organization drives innovative retail, e-commerce, and global enterprise technology for Gap, Inc. and our brands (Athleta, Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy).
We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast paced environment focused on creating the most inclusive candidate experience for one of the largest apparel brands in the world. Working in Talent Acquisition means you’re doing more than filling jobs, you will be a champion of both the business and talent. Working in close partnership with Gap Inc. leaders, HR, Equality + Belonging and Communications leaders, you will support a team that ensures our candidates and employees have the best interview experience in retail.

Salary Range: $69,900 – $100,300 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
