G-III Apparel Group, Ltd Looking for JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, BASS at New York, New York Full Time

GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking a Junior Account Executive to join it’s Bass team based in New York City!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with managing and growing accounts
• Consistently analyzing sales data, such as classification analysis and market share, looking for both growth and missed opportunities
• Work closely with visual merchandiser to assort buys, create market strategies, and to increase seasonal bookings
• Create seasonal bookings report for quick glance of current projections and seasonal bookings
• Organize ongoing conference calls with accounts
• Maintain all orders, which includes’ creating batch sheets, reviewing orders for accuracy, replacing dollars lost due to cancels or oversolds.
• Constantly attempt to increase current purchase by using styled model looks.
• Work closely with accounts to create exclusive product to meet the demands of the customers
• Manages shipping with their accounts ( proactively)
• Enters in orders and follows up on
• Ensure that Design and Merchandising is aware of all accounts product needs via seasonal wish lists

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

· 2 years of experience in wholesale

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:

• Strong product development experience a must.
• Computer Literate – Advanced Excel Skills
• As400 experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to present well in the showroom both personally and verbally
• Self-starter and driven and focused
• Understand how to manage and drive a business
