Human Resources Business Partner Role
The Human Resources Business Partner will be executing projects and tasks such as performance management design, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, policy improvement, and benefit strategy and administration. Assist the team with developing and aligning HR strategy to business objectives for successful outcomes Partner with the team to provide expertise and guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, performance, career development, compensation, and employee retention and engagement Collaborate with the HR team to build and implement cross-functional HR programs and initiatives Leverage HR data to better understand trends Engage key partners in initiatives development and escalate where needed Suggest system integrations and enhancements as required Manage employee records, including updates in various systems for ad hoc employee changes
Human Resources Business Partner Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Ability to multitask, both strategic and tactical work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong communicator with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally
Experience with payroll and benefits administration a plus
Able to multitask
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
