WHO YOU ARE
You are a business development professional with5+ years of experience in a business development/sales role/account management role with sales “hunter” instincts (very important).You have previous experience selling into the hospitality industry and extensive experience usingLinkedIn for “hunter” networking and selling. You have experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred), advanced ability to cultivate long-term relationships with all levels, especially focused on senior level hotel management and ownership groups, and possess excellent influence and persuasion abilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be accountable for growing the revenue within the assigned territory. You will be initiating contact with potential and current clients within hotel groups and individual hotel prospects, with sales efforts to generate and qualify leads, promote FPG’s subscription as a service offering, and identify sales opportunities. You will have to clearly and convincingly articulate the organization’s offerings and value proposition and overcome initial resistance from prospects. Primary metrics are revenue growth from new business generation and leveraging relationships for increased lead generation.
