Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings to ensure that the team is aligned and focused on delivering high-quality work.
Coach and mentor the team: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices to help them improve their efficiency and productivity.
Remove impediments: Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may hinder the team’s progress and work with stakeholders to resolve them effectively.
Foster collaboration: Encourage a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and track progress: Use Agile tools and metrics to monitor the team’s progress, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to keep the project on track.
Support product owner: Work closely with the product owner to prioritize the product backlog, ensure clear requirements, and maintain a healthy balance between delivery and quality.
Continuous improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve the team’s Agile processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
The Scrum Master at SYNC Team will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.
