HR Executive
Location: Dubai – UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding, Induction & Probation – Plan & deliver induction, manage probation & confirmation process.
- Training & Development – Manage the training process & delivery (sales training, soft skills training)
- HR Metrics & Dashboard – Create & update the dashboards and reports.
- Employee Engagement- Plan & implement employee engagement initiatives (Rewards & recognition, employee wellness, CSR)
- Employee separation- Manage the employee separation process, exit interviews, closure of exit formalities and final settlement with employees.
- Employee Events- Manage employee events, employee rewards, annual day, networking & fun work activities.
Qualification & skills
- MBA in Human Resource from a reputed university.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance management, employee engagement and training.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel & Power point.
- Excellent communication skills (English written & spoken).
- Ability to multitask.
- Candidate with high energy & motivation and an outgoing personality.
- Preferably candidate based in Dubai.
- Candidate with relevant experience in UAE is a MUST.
