If the answer is yes, then we might have the role for you! Joining our thriving business as our new Account Director, you will be an integral part of our Client Relationship team.
As the key stakeholder in the strategic leadership of a portfolio of high-value fleet clients, you will lead the relationship management of the clients and be tasked with developing strong relationships at operational and strategic levels. Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships | Fleet Solutions, you will lead the way in challenging the business to continually deliver the highest standards for our clients and develop new strategic solutions, whilst proactively developing accounts to meet financial targets, cross selling FMG products and services and growing existing fleets.

Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and we’ll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you
Our ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships within the automotive industry, specifically fleet based. First and foremost, you are an Account director with 2+ years experience that can demonstrate a combination of a strong commercial background with a successful career within the automotive industry, specifically accident management. You have strong knowledge of intermediary and direct fleet. You have experience in developing and retaining strong client relationships to support transactional growth and increased product penetration. You have experience of working closely with internal and external teams and able to work cross-functionally within the organisation.
