JOB TITLE: Cloud Engineer – Cloud Services

• Manage design & deployment of all Flowers Azure Infrastructure and resources to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Flowers Azure environment.
• Work with other Flowers teams to support ongoing Azure infrastructure and resource deployment, processes, and procedures.
• Develop monitoring and alert services for Azure resources.
• Design, develop, and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for deployment.
• Work with users at all levels to develop technical architecture and designs for scalable enterprise cloud solutions.
• Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Azure, Microsoft, access, change management ensuring high levels of performance and availability to the end users and organization.
• Manage, design, support 3rd party applications, integrations, and connectors between on-prem and Cloud data sources.
• Conduct independent research, interpret highly technical documents, draw valid conclusions, develop technological solutions, take appropriate actions and/or make appropriate recommendations related to complex IT problems and future application functions and updates.
• Work with vendors and outside resources to support on prem and Cloud based solutions and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
• Provide on-call/after hours support as needed to support functions escalated by IT Service Center, work with users and teams at all levels to ensure timely responses and solutions to incidents or requests.
• Subscribe to and advocate core department standards including working in an Agile methodology, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), IT General Controls (ITGC), and general policies & procedures.
• Travel as needed to support remote locations and attend training and conferences.
• Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including, but not limited to fulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Six months experience in the job offered or as a Dev/Ops/Automation Engineer, or Middleware Engineer or any combination thereof.

Must have 6 months of experience must include (can be gained concurrently with experience above) the following:
(1) Design, build and support of the following:
Continuous integration pipelines
Continuous Delivery
Infrastructure as code
Monitoring for cloud resources, resource groups infrastructure
(2) Configuration, integration and installation of software, infrastructure, and tools.
(3) Design and review system architecture and ensure needed specifications, access, integration, connectivity.
(4) Working within Agile team methodology.
(5) Collaboration with various IT teams
(6) Working within CPG and DSD industry

Less than 25% domestic travel required.
