We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Manager/Assistant Manager to join our Branding & Communication team. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating our brand strategy to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
– Lead impactful brand campaigns by ideating creative briefs rooted in consumer insights, resulting in best-in-class creative work from agency partners and in-house designers.
– Drive excellence across all marketing and communication activities, including brand voice, messaging, advertising, brand integration, website development, media planning, and content development.
– Identify new and emerging marketing channels to create brand awareness.
– Manage commercial agencies to develop and execute all integrated campaigns and branded content.
Digital Marketing:
– Collaborate closely with digital agencies to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and understand key metrics.
– Oversee the digital strategy and content direction for the brand’s social handles and partnerships.
– Demonstrate a deep understanding of paid campaign strategies across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and SEO.
– Track and analyze KPIs of campaigns and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Content & Creatives:
– Ensure clear and consistent communication of brand messages.
– Cultivate and protect the brand image.
– Develop content for consumption by digital and traditional media.
Industry Analysis:
– Track competition and extract valuable consumer insights.
– Analyze consumer behavior toward the brand’s products and competitors.
– Conduct market analysis to ensure the brand retains and grows market share.
– Stay informed about new trends and innovations by competitors and their impact on customers.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in brand management.
– Proven experience leading marketing for a fast-growing brand or similar industry.
– Successful track record of building a brand with measurable results.
– Comprehensive online and offline marketing experience.
– Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
– Strong aesthetic sensibility.
– Experience working closely with creative, digital, and PR agencies.
