Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Recruiter- to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in High volume talent acquisition will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, strategic sourcing, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring a steady pipeline of resources for our growing business units.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating and executing the full life cycle recruitment process for the Automotive Aftersales, Service Operations, Field Services, Marketing, Retail & Storefront, Logistics, and other corporate departments.
Leveraging well-defined networks and pre-existing industry connections to identify potential candidates with a focus on proactive recruitment.
Experience and ability to plan, manage and coordinate high-volume hiring drives and career events.
Utilizing market expertise and business insight to direct and influence our talent strategy.
Advising leadership team, influencing high visibility, and assisting with high-volume hiring initiatives.
Facilitating complex negotiations and strategies involving multiple factors.
Work proactively and collaboratively with the teams to understand business recruiting needs and drive toward results in a timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with recruiting processes and recruiting KPIs.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:
6-8 years of relevant work experience as a Talent Partner/ Recruiter.
Minimum 2 years of EV, Automotive/OEM experience.
Experience sourcing and hiring a variety of roles across business units, with an emphasis on After Sales, Service Operations, Field Operations, Marketing, Retail, Logistics & SGA roles within the Automotive domain.
Ability to manage a high volume and time-sensitive recruiting.
Experience using sourcing methodologies like Boolean to attract passive talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
Industry and market knowledge with an established candidate network in North America Region.
Experience with benefits and salary negotiations for exempt and nonexempt positions.
Experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth, change, and/or international expansion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Organization & time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail with a high level of initiative and accountability.
Experience using MS Office Suite, ATS (Workday), and HRIS tools.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.

Expected Salary Range
$75,480.00 to $(phone number removed) per year.
Additional Compensation
Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
