POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The primary responsibility of the VP of Sales is to think for and own the overall growth strategy for FireSeeds. This individual will report to the CEO, Cord Sachs, and serve on the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is able to develop the right mix of strategies to build a pipeline of new clients that grows revenue, leveraging a consultative, solution-focused philosophy to sales. You will be building the team, strategy, processes, and systems in order to drive revenue and aggressively grow a mature business that is prepared to scale.
We are seeking a high-performing business leader with 8 – 10 years of experience in sales. Ideal candidates should have a documented track record of generating new business in B2B sales, preferably within a professional services organization. Significant experience calling on lower-to-middle market C-Suite executives is a must. We are seeking to find someone that’s not only going to execute the job well, but aligns with our Vision, Mission and Values.
