The Team You’ll Work With …
As the People Operations Representative, you will work directly with our talented People team to author and
optimize the candidate and employee experience. The People Operations Representative will support our
teammates in the areas of People Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Benefits, and
Operational activities. In this role, you will take ownership of key people activities that positively impact the
employee culture; Get excited about delivering an exceptional teammate experience at every interval, elevating data
integrity, being a big player in helping to improve existing programs, and designing new initiatives.
This role is located in our Aromas, CA location, with occasional opportunities to engage with our broader teams. We

The Opportunities You Will Have …
We are in need of a People Operations Representative who can connect with our teammates through multiple
channels including e-mail, phone, and in person. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Oversight of the teammate life cycle from scheduling interviews to off-boarding
Leverage your inner techie, to ensure data entry and reporting is done with sensitivity to confidential
information, integrity, and security
Apply your accounting eagle eye for detail with numbers and words
Use solid business judgment and exceptional communication skills to be the first point of contact in
addressing inquiries as well as triaging issues to other members of the People Team
Optimize operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and accuracy
Lean into your exceptional communication skills to document, maintain and interpret core People
Operations processes as well as compliance with stakeholders, managers, and teammates
Handle logistics that support the deployment of employee training and development initiatives
Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
Show up with expert multi-tasking skills enabling you to balance urgency and thoroughness
Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day obligations
Drive employer brand consistency across company communications
Track and report on established KPIs
Build talent pipelines using different sources
Build rapport with Hiring teams through the intake process uncovering key needs for the role
Conduct recruiter screens and schedule interviews
Paycor process streams and dispositioning
Promote candidate experience throughout the process interviews to close
Be an FCT ambassador of our hiring practices striving to always make them better
Keep up on market trends impacting employment, hiring and candidate flow.

About You …

AS or AA degree in a discipline related to HR or Accounting
Years of experience: 3+ years of HR, complemented by 10+ years of professional work experience ideally in
a fast-paced environment
Must have demonstrated success in a multi-tasking environment and have solid time management skills to
execute tasks/projects
Proficient in using Paycor, Asana, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
