Responsibilities
Training and Learning: Engage in a thorough training initiative to become skilled in insurance products, industry rules, and our agency’s procedures.
Customer Interaction: Help clients choose suitable insurance plans by understanding their unique requirements, presenting quotes, and providing expert advice.
Policy Administration: Manage policy renewals, updates, and address customer inquiries to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Sales Assistance: Collaborate with seasoned agents to acquire effective sales techniques and tactics, aiming to surpass sales goals.
Administrative Responsibilities: Handle tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and upkeep of client files.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
