The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor assures the compliance to company, customer, regulatory, and consumer quality requirements. The Quality Assurance Supervisor directs the Quality Assurance Technician staff in the Quality Assurance department and provides leadership in managing quality systems for the production of food products at the Tucson site. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws including: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, use hands and fingers and climb stairs.
