The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic CEO with a strong sales focus. This individual will be at the helm of driving sales, increasing customer engagement, and overseeing marketing and operational activities for one of Fall Forward’s (FF) venture studio companies. They will possess the freedom to craft and execute an effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the company’s SaaS platform and services. This role involves building a competent team and steering the company towards profitable growth. The CEO will be pivotal in making critical decisions, enhancing customer adoption, and securing initial seed funding, with FF ready to provide matching contributions. Execution is paramount in this role, especially as the initial product development phase is complete. The CEO will have the support of the FF team but will also enjoy the independence to implement their strategic vision and tactics.
