Falken Construction LLC Looking for Construction Supervisor at Utah Full Time

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with significant experience in civil construction. This will be a salaried position with work weeks averaging ~50hrs/week. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance(AFLAC), and a Work Truck. Job Responsibilities and Requirements are described below.

– Must be able to study drawings and execute work by managing people, machinery, and materials across multiple projects on a daily basis.

– Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation. Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all QA/QC and safety procedures (OSHA), plus all other company rules and regulations.

– Must be an excellent communicator. Able to give instruction and transfer knowledge in an efficient manner to foremen/work crews. Ensures that foreman/ work crews understand and implement the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro-active communication.

-Follow three week and one week look ahead schedules provide by management.

-Track and report work progress and quantity of materials received/used through the use of an electronic daily log.

-Basic computer skills (i.e. view plans electronically and read/respond to emails on a daily basis)

– OSHA 30 required. Training could be provided to qualified applicants.
