Expand Group Ltd Looking for Incident Manager (ServiceNow) at Brussel Full Time

Major Incident Manager – 12 Month Contract – Belgium, Brussels – Up to €600 Per Day – Hybrid (2 days on Site)

expand contract limited are looking for a Major Incident Manager to be based in Brussels to ensure that the process of managing incidents runs effectively.

You will distribute the data related to the process to the different ICT teams involved and ensure the process is being followed. You will monitor the service levels in order to escalate any deviations. You must have extensive experience developing the ServiceNow tracking tool and it would be a huge benefit if you have done a similar role for a large banking group.

Experience

– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have a broad knowledge of computer science.

– Knowledge of ITIL and a ITSM tool (ServiceNow)

– You have very good interpersonal skills, you communicate fluently with multidisciplinary teams and can lead meetings

– You handle problems conscientiously, methodically and constructively.

– You can work independently and take initiative to move things forward

– You’re fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.

– You must have experience as an “Incident Manager” managing the ITSM process for a large financial business.
