At Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care to our residents, and we’re looking for dedicated RN Supervisors to join our team. As an integral part of our nursing leadership, you’ll collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure an exceptional standard of care for our residents.

Responsibilities & Duties:
As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Nursing Department and maintaining the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the DON and ADON to evaluate and direct the daily functions of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Support and Guidance: Provide guidance to nursing staff, ensuring they follow their job descriptions and deliver exceptional care.
- Facility Surveys: Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON and ADON.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to ensure adherence to acceptable nursing standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:
- Valid RN License: You must hold a valid RN license in the State of New York.
- Experience in Long-Term Care: A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate proven leadership and management skills to inspire and lead the nursing team effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and patient care.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Ensure you are vaccinated against COVID-19, as part of our commitment to safety.
