Ethos Looking for VP of Home Health Operations at Remote Full Time

Regional Vice President of Operations-Remote

Must have home health (skilled) industry experience, proven & verifiable performance!

• The Regional Vice President of Operations, is responsible for leading various aspects of home health operations including care management and quality improvement to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services throughout the healthcare continuum and as the Company expert for standards of patient/client care.
• Develops and executes a strong organization strategy, while ensuring alignment with the corporate plan and vision.
• Develops annual plan in support of organizational goals.
• Partners with the Regional Directors of Operations and other leadership positions to communicate and instill strategies at all levels of the organization.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to develop approaches that best position products, services or ideas in the marketplace.
• Meet or exceed budgeted revenue and EBITDA on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Ensure effective and on-going, on-the-job training of team members, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations.
• A bachelors degree and preferably advanced degrees in healthcare.
• Current RN license preferred, but not required base on industry experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience home health

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
